A friend of mine who studied cooking told me that alpaca meat is really tasty, no joke.

Actually I have had Llama before, not quite Alpaca but still pretty tasty. Best sausages I have ever had in my entire life and I truly, truly, TRULY regret not finding out what seasonings/flavors they were. They were the best.
