I haven’t run any since 9.1 because I just dislike it that much. Luckily R4 will hold up for a while. Once I hit the point where that’d be my lowest piece I guess I’ll hope 10.0 is right around the corner.

It’s definitely not the same thing anymore.
The zone specific torments are gone.
The current torments (and blessings) can either be ignored, or noticeably change the run.
Starting from floor 11, it actually has some challenge again. Floor 12 is probably going to be out of reach for most people next week. Or at least out of reach of people who are soloing.
It takes like 20-25 minutes for a run.
If that’s truly too much for you I don’t know what to tell you.
It’s much better than doing mindless world and daily quests

I wish people who made these claims would offer some explanation - how exactly did you get 5 stars without paying attention to time? What did you do during the run? Can you get 5 stars every time? Please share your torghast wisdom.
Im fine getting it slowly, mostly caz the legendarys on my server are soooooo overpriced. I’ll just wait a few,weeks till the price drops
Also, I like torgust. Helps if you get a good group of people

Just take it in small bits over the next couple months. Bonus: base item prices will probably decrease by then.
You don’t even have to run two Torghast wings a week if you don’t want to. Just do one. You’ll still get there eventually.
Personally, I’m excited to build that Tower Knowledge up so I can run it with more silly-overpoweredness. That’s what’s really fun to me: the cosmic power near the end of a run. It’s fun to me, but I usually don’t push it/run more than 2 wings.
Take some pressure off yourself re: your legendary!

i don’t enjoy torghast one bit, druid powers are boring and in general, pretty lame. 1/2 them are melee based when i play as resto or moonkin. blah. i suppose other classes get better powers? idk. w/e once i get enough cinders for one leg, i won’t be doing it ever again. torghast is so awful. but that’s just me.
I don’t know what the issue is really. Time is barely a factor in the point system. But like do all you guys start Torghast and then go make dinner or go for run in the middle of it and then come back?
What is the problem with starting it and completing it in one shot? Takes like 15 minutes
Make some friends. It takes 20 minutes tops to 5 star a floor.
