It’s an unsupported transaction, which means if anything goes wrong Blizzard will not help you. In addition if the person buying pays with RMT gold, you risk your account as they have and will suspend or ban people for getting RMT gold through unsupported transactions.
You really have to ask yourself if whatever gold you might get is worth the risk to getting a suspension or permaban and a permanent mark on your account that makes further penalties more severe.
i hope the answer is “no”.
Not quite sure what aggressive inclusivity has to do with whether something is against the ToS or not but okay.

I thought upholding the rules was more a right wing things.
But words don’t really need meaning anymore.
Guys we need to figure out more ways to monetize the game for our own personal revenue.
Since Blizz banned GDKP and gold transfers, it’s been hot dogs and ramen.
Yes, all hall monitors and bureaucrats are famously right wing, historically.

in blizzard logs it will be…
some stranger just traded you gold for nothing, your account might get flagged as if you bought gold.
