Yeah. The only difference I have noticed is the voices.
That still doesn’t mean there’s a “them” as in both. When there is only female as an option they’re all female obviously… unless they used frog dna… then we need to get off this island.

If they aren’t wearing something to cover it, besides the obvious chest area, the males have a much more ‘spikey’ fluff off the cheeks then females do as well

Well, I can understand the OP’s confusion. My armor, after all makes it nearly impossible to discern my physical gender.
Are you trying to look very closely at them while in WM, OP?

I can tell pretty quickly most of the time.
The ears are generally a giveaway.
The Elixir of Tongues is sold in Legion Dalaran in the Underbelly.
There is only one near me and it is not good… then again, there really isn’t a Dunkin close by either lol. There are a couple of little old fashioned stand alone shops that are really good.
