Didn’t they “patch” them so they wouldn’t respawn?
Oh yeah, those are absolutely miserable. BUT, on the bright side, Forsaken racial is useful in relevant content for the first time in WoW history lol.
Simple answer for underwater delves is underwater breathing potions in bulk or be a warlock I’m afraid
I use underwater breathing pots, trivial after that.
Or be a warlock
Alchemist’s make potions that let you breathe underwater, Leatherworkers can make a diving suit and Engineers can make underwater gear too!
There are plenty of options for you, if you don’t want to play as a Warlock, Druid, Forsaken or Kul’tiran.
Like others have said, grab some water breathing potions, each one lasts an hour and if you can’t finish in an hour you don’t belong in there.
I don’t think they would ever do this. The whole point of them is you have to avoid them. If you could strategise and slowly pick them off, I think it would defeat the purpose they’re going for.
All I know is that they’re Uber annoying on Bogpiper
A teensy bump, but lately in water delves the mobs have been glitching really badly. They’ll evade, chase Brann off the map, go underneath the floor and sometimes cause an infinite under attack status which I am unable to clear. Things are FISHY ROUND THESE PARTS
I posted a delve tip thread. In I said for this go to Gadgetan and buy the Noggenfogger Elixir. It turns you undead for ten minutes and then you can breath underwater and no issues.
Shimmerscale Diving Helmet from BFA leatherworking gives 15 mins of water breathing and costs 18g per on my servers AH atm. I remember them being super easy to make in BFA if you wanted to put Skinning / LW on an alt and go make your own.
I just went to Gadetzan and got myself some noggenfogger elixirs. Got 200 of those bad boys for less than 5 gold I think. I just pop one of those until I become a skeleton and being able to breath underwater.
Very cheap potion.
As a Warlock, water Delves are just regular Delves but moist
Waterworks in general is a pain for various reasons not just being underwater. The mobs are annoying a f , the giant shark that spooks you out of nowhere, the kobyss that blowup upon death… the hardest of them all for sure
Yeah spores worse than Sonic 2 Labyrinth
As a death knight I should have undead abilities like breathing underwater
But yeah those spores. They’re like those Zelda dungeon bubbles that make you unable to attack
Oh I agree about death knight should have had underwater breathing as a general skill. Makes no sense they don’t.
Also yeah, I take underwater delves over the spores one any day of the week.
Surprised no one else mentioned this.
People forgot about old content or they are newish and never been to Gadetzan.
Back in the day, it was vouge to play around with the elixir so I remembered the cool undead skeleton buff of it. Most people won’t even know the potion exists.
.
Can alchemists still make long lasting water breathing potions?
