My favorite bug is when God King Potato dies during Ragnarok, the shield dies, but a tick of unmitigated Ragnarok goes off as he dies, and everyone dies because the shield despawned.

halls is one of the easier places this season but there is a few bugs here and there. hell, i remember someone in a group pulled a bull from the wolfs zone on our runback. it only got to us when we were half way tho the god king fight, lol

there addons that removes hes talk at the start, the end tho with him and god king… yer… thats annoying

You either need a better route or better dps. Yes the dungeon is tight but it’s not a 1 or 2 dps dies it’s a death key tight. You can have some wipes and still be ok

The wolves do single target damage I’m pretty sure. The Boss’s charge does the AoE.

pretty sure they do a small aoe around the target. That’s why if you’re not using the post or the rock just spread out as range

we had a failed post stack on our range with a 6 wolves pull and every range died instantly lol

or just have your ranged players not stand 40 yards away. idk why so many ranged players are allergic to being anywhere near the target.

i don’t bother with the post stack in pugs. i’ve seen it work correctly once. every other time people died and it ended up being a huge waste of time.

The wolf targeting isn’t range based. It’s role based.

Just get on the rock. You take zero damage from any source besides quaking and the odd thundering circle, neither of which kill you even with 3 people on the same spot.

that makes sense, but either way it solves the problem i think he was getting at (downtime for dps due to wolves being too far away to hit)

Thats only an issue with the post, which is why you use the rock. Problems arise when people either

  • Can’t jump on the rock
  • Panic and fall off when quaking or thundering happens

Tank tags all 13 wolves and they funnel into where Fenrir is fought, tank pops everything in sequence / calls for external to keep them fully stacked as long as possible, tank kites around the fenrir boss area once his defensives are expended. Ranged / healer on the rock do not move. If you have 1 ranged and a healer who get thundering and both get blue then you wait til the last few seconds to hop down, clear and do not stop running until the pack is dead, which it should be very close to being.

Pull should only take 30-40 seconds this week max even in the high 20s and youre getting a ridiculous amount of count.

Maybe, but the OP said ‘if someone falls off the post’ so I assumed they already were.

In fact going back to their post… ‘falls off’? This isn’t a balance game. There wasn’t some random thing out of their control, they just messed up in a clear and obvious way and got punished for it. Quaking won’t kill you, nor will a thundering circle, just stand still and DPS.
