I had AI review this expansion. SO ACCURATE

I guess this is the real danger. People imagine the AI uprising to be some sort of Terminator scenario where robots go at war with humans and whatnot.

When in reality it will simply take away our ability to think for ourselves to the point we’ll have to ask it which color of socks to put on until we simply allow it to make us do whatever it wants.

No one cares about these stupid AI posts. This stuff is so over done and so pointless.

Pay to win??? What?

Factually incorrect. You can buy cosmetics. They don’t give you any power, or make the game any easier. The only argument that could be had for that was back when the mounts were first added and one of the mounts was a two person mount for using with friends. And even that is a super weak justification. You aren’t buying levels, power boosts or stronger gear. There’s nothing wrong with micro transactions, even if they may be annoying since they lock you out of 100% completion, but at the end of the day they’re just that. Cosmetics.

It’s gonna be neat in about 10 years. Everyone who’s so in awe of this stuff are gonna be upset its made some of y’all obsolete

But you can’t fight progress they said the same thing about automation

Some people on these forums should have been banned a long time ago. Sadly, Blizz just pretend that trolling is not against the rules…

Just to be perfectly clear, “cosmetics” should never be filed under “pay to win.” Unless it’s, like, Animal Crossing where the only thing to the game is cosmetics.

But in WoW, p2w would be swiping a credit card for a (CURRENT) Axe or Armor. (that at least takes two steps)

To just get a cool mog, doesn’t down bosses.

It also complained about micro transactions which are entirely cosmetic or mildly time saving. It’s not power related like many in other games.

You know it only regurgitates the sum of the content on the internet already written about the expansion right?

Jesus Christ I think you’d be impressed by “got your nose!”.

You buy token to buy run for ingame gear.

2 person with similar skill, similar class, similar playtime, 1 spend 15$ in the game and the other one spend 100$ for the ingame token, in 1 day, the one who spent 100$ will get more in-game gear/power.

Real-life money turns into ingame power, the feature used is also officially from Blizzard, so it is Pay2Win.

I think this is an interesting point. I’ve encountered many people in my line of work who’s favorite excuse is “Well I’m not a computer guy, hur hur hur”.

I think these emerging AI’s are going to completely change how people interact with technology, and early adopters will be able to leverage it to great benefit, because they will know how to extract the most accurate results from it.

I sure don’t want to be the person still trying to sift through Google results in 2040 when I could have gotten the best result from an AI in a few seconds.

I also agree that many industries are going to be blindsided when their jobs are replaced by an AI.

Stopped reading here. So-called “AI” (cuz actual AI still don’t exist and these so-called AI’s just steal thoughts from randos on the internets) apparently doesn’t know what p2w is lol.

Lol, The Land of the Lost up in here.

Wow token is a pay to win feature

Looks like it wasn’t trolling but accurate.

If the AI scores the expansion 72/100 and I agree with that, how is that trolling and not sparking general discussion.

Theo why did you have to prove it you could have just blocked me and moved on.
