The problem here is Blizzard have done there usual things in giving us two different stories. From the Horde perspective, Jaina was just nuking Blood Elves in the streets of Dalaran.
The Alliance side is that she only defended herself when she needed to, and Blood Elves were peacefully detained as prisoners of War.
