You still trying to paint Arthas as some Tragic Hero? Arthas is a villian a bad guy ok pure and simple he doesn’t deserve a redemption arc or anything like not every villian needs to be tragic and then later kinda redeemed.
Like Arthas is considered to be among the top Villians in fantasy and if he wants to keep that spot he needs to be left damn alone no redemption arcs and no big reappearances.
