I don't understand Blizzard's intent with Arcane

my question is why never blizzard added an arcane aoe finisher , let barrage be the ST finisher

make arcane storm or something as finisher for aoe , if they really want to keep charges at least give this charges a reason to exist in TWW outside crippling AB speed and dmg.

but barrage want to be so many things at the same time …

same goes for Missiles, it give NP (boost next 2 Arcane blast/barrage) but if u take high voltage is a builder too (if lucky ) …

This has been the biggest pain point of the spec, imo. Their approach has always been to buff Barrage until it becomes too strong and then nerf it over and over again until it’s back to being useless. It’s been a never ending cycle of failed design choices.
