I don't remember Shadow Priests being this weak

In pvp, you cant reach the haste breakpoints that really start to make DOTs dangerous (around 30%). Same with mind flay

Yeah, im only like 20% haste in pvp gear.

Does mastery only scale the dots buffed from empowered shadows or does mastery also increase the 3 orb mind blast damage?

It does both, haste is just so much stronger because you can get off more globals.

so you complain about spriest damage while failing to play spriest correctly. Seems like the standard classic player.

This is how it was back then in OG cata. I never enjoyed SP after wotlk (which i consider peak). The shift from dot dmg to direct damage killed the spec for me.

Disc feels fantastic in cata though.

Haha idk i remember it being rot based damage back then. I even went back to watch old hydra playing shadow and talbadar and they were dot spamming not spiking. The spike spam like a turret instead of multi dotting feels bad and just foreign to how i remember it being.
