Sure, just dont expect it to be on the same level of rewards as end wing bosses of heroic or higher. 405 if it were this tier seems pretty fair. It lines up with crafted gear rank 5 primal infusion.

If it is more challenging than the equivalent of M+ or raiding it should give the same reward. If the solo challenge is difficult enough it should reward up to the highest rewards you get from M+/Raids. We are not talking about braindead world quests here. We are talking about challenges similar to the Mage Tower.
