okay this makes sense now. Terrible terrible idea but… atleast it all makes sense.
I dont hate blizzard. I am a realist. They dont resolve old issues.

Take the portal to Oribos and continue SL. That seems to be your only option.

For some reason you default to BFA dungeons, you’re not stuck in “BFA” time line.
That gap is dumb. They need to add SL dungeons into the rotation.

Ewww why classic was done years ago not everyone is stuck on old mechanics and old gameplay.
Make a twink level 10 turn off xp until youre super geared, actually make 8 and sell boosts for gold to their 60 a few cycles you can buy your next sub and and df
Chromie Time isn’t available to a level 60 character. It’s a levelling device.
So there is a glitch for people who don’t have Dragonflight, where they can’t access the Shadowlands dungeon queues. The OP should still be able to go to Shadowlands and quest there. If they went before (and the OP said they did have a conduit) then the portal should be useable. If not, perhaps a mage could port them there, then they could set their hearth there.
Not being able to do the dungeons is a ridiculously huge bug - I mean, they have an expansion and cant do its dungeons? That’s not like some relatively small quest glitch. People affected by that need to submit tickets and post on the relevant forums to jog them to fix it.

I think they dont want you to quest in SL, they disabled dungeon finder for shadow lands… if it your first toon i think you can still level through the main storyline but im not sure if they disabled that too

Well that makes no sense - you can do quests in any zone in the game, regardless of level, if you have access to that expansion. They stopped the Threads of Fate, see this:

“However, characters who never initiated Threads of Fate will be restricted only to the zone-by-zone Covenant campaign for Shadowlands.”

A PS to the OP: Not sure if you realise you can’t go past level 60 unless you purchase Dragonflight - it doesn’t matter how much content you do. Certainly you can gear your character up, do achievements, collects mounts and pets - there is a lot of content you can complete for the fun of it.
But without DF your character will never go past 60.

cause its not like new players ever join wow…nope.
you don’t have Loremaster, you don’t have A Nation Divided, you haven’t completed Tides of Vengeance, or Ready For War, or The Pride of Kul Tiras
… just to name a few.
You’ve got plenty of quests left.

It’s not a bug, it’s intentional.
Level 60 disables Chromie Time. Without Chromie Time, all you have access to is BFA and DF. It’s 100% intentional since BFA is the non-Chromie Time story line.
