No it doesnt. It happens sometimes out of nowhere after resets or client updates. Lately it has been about quest tracking on toons with few to no quests and ones with full quest logs.

It’s the constant content popups that drive me up the walls. 20 things appearing on my screen saying “YOU GOT THIS!!” or “YOU DID THIS!” Spamming right click to try to get them to go away fast so I can do what I was doing.
