I have not been able to log into the Burning Crusade servers. One of my friends is logged in. At least his battletag says he is. I have been trying all morning. Are the servers down, im not a computer sorcerer so I dont know what else to do but cancel my sub.
If you’re having trouble connecting the game, try the Tech Support forums where other players there can better assist you in helping resolve the problem for you and find the exact cause. (There is really good people there that know a lot more than some of us here in Customer Support)

We might not be able to help much with Tech related matters, unless someone more tech savvy can give some advice, but maybe if we can get an idea of what you are seeing, Rawg?
All versions of WoW are currently up with folks logged in and playing, so that you cannot is strange. Are you getting an error or anything?

I would start be restarting your computer and your internet, just to rule out some obvious issues.

TBC has been up all day as far as I can tell, so it appears to be something local to your computer. I think following Ryycerz’s advice is probably the best first step if you haven’t already done that. If it doesn’t work, definitely try the tech support forum.

For that error, you can try the following the troubleshooting steps here.
A simple computer restart is rarely bad advice though and might help.

I uninstalled everything and re downloaded the game. Everything seems to be good now. Thank you guys for the assist. I am like a chimpanzee when it comes to computers.

I’m sorry you had to do that, but I’m glad to hear that you are able to play.
I have enough computer knowledge to be really good at messing things up. I can do some basics, but anything else I ask someone more familiar before I start touching buttons.
