If you reduce the Kyrian dps increase by 3% due to the Pelagos nerf, that puts them at 22.62% increase, which is just barely ahead of Necrolord. The Night Fae changes will also bring them up, but hard to say by how much, though I could seeing it pushing them into the lead. Still each covenant is pretty close to each so even if you pick the “bad” one you won’t be behind by much.
