There is the option for me to buy the heroic upgrade for 20 dollars which will give me the character boost to unlock my warrior. However when I try to buy it all I get is an error.
If your trying thru the website try a different browser and clearing ur cache and cookies.

The base edition does not include a character boost.

Right but there are 2 editions that do. Nothing is working. It keeps giving me an error and my warrior here is locked because I cant get that second boost.
Have you sent a ticket to billing? They are the one you need to contact to get it sorted out.

You only get one boost per expansion level without specifically purchasing a paid boost. Even if you purchase an upgrade to the new expansion level, if you already had a boost and used it, then you do NOT get a second.
