If elected, i’ll bring back some similar grind to artifact weapons / heart of azeroth! Everyone I know (from a survey of myself) is in favor of this.

Thinking you can make changes that will not upset some minority of players isn’t realistic.
Also “I can…” is pretty different from “I have a suggestion…” You most certain can not (unless you bought MS Gaming Division and will be directing change from the top down, but that didn’t happen either; would’ve noted in the business news outlets).
You can make the game better, but it has to be done in a dictatorship.
When you try to run ideas across these forums or this player base, they basically instantly shoot everything down because they don’t like change and they don’t like thinking about anything.
You would have to just make all the changes essentially without beta feedback, which Blizzard has already done and it resulted in Shadowlands.
