I bought a subscription but the status is still "pending", even when the money was taken from my bank account

I purchased a one month subscription three hours ago, as the title says, the payment was already accepted and the money was taken from my account, but the game still says I’m a free trial account and, even though I’m leveling above level 20, I cant use the auction house, mail boxes, trading, etc.

I looked in the “My account” section on this website, and the payment status is still “pending”.

Is this normal? Does it normally take so long to process payments? Or might it have something to do with my account being like two days old?

That’s actually a good sign. It can take up to 24 hours for all the restrictions to clear up (thought it rarely takes that long) and then everything should be fine.

Be sure to log all the way out of the game and the launcher too and then back in again. Sometimes that gives the account a little nudge in the right direction :wink:

Thanks, that’s what I needed to hear. People in-game were ignoring me or didn’t knew if that was normal.

Soon you will be able to buy on the AH, but not sell anything.
Then that will fall off as well.

I’m experiencing the same thing and the payment status stays “pending” even over 24hrs. I was also able to level up above 20 but I can’t send/receive mail nor invite my friends into the same team in the game. It has been very frustrating to me :frowning:

Please be mindful of the dates anything over a month old shouldntn be necroed better to start a new thread or open a problem with purchase ticket if its been more then 24hrs and yes i did read you say that.
