Low keys are a strange and dark place. Best thing any sensible person can do is get their IO above 2.5k to avoid playing them.

I mean what is the point of telling us? Are we to swoon that youâre a brave and honorable person because you gave them 3 chances? Ignoring, of course, that cookies and their cooldown arenât going to save you/the group if explosives are being ignored (which, btw, is primarily your job to do along with the tank once they have established control of the pull)
Out of curiosity, was the first time you asked for it immediately upon entering the dungeon? Iâve seen people refuse to put down cookies or tables before out of spite because people are asking them before they even have a chance to get through their load screen.
Not a great reason, but might explain it if the person was petty.
Could also be the way it was asked. Was OP rude about it? OP seems to have a sense of entitlement after all, thinking that people on GD would care about their M+ experience. Only the people in that group will ever really know.
Thatâs an incredibly dumb and stupid reason. Iâd kick the person before starting the key honestly. Being told to do something that is fully expected of your class and coping an attitude about it is absolutely the opposite kind of mindset a mythic+ run needs.
The loc should have dropped the soul well the moment he entered and left it at that and again whenever asked/told to. It doesnât matter why someone is asking, itâs a group need and literally nothing but the button press for you to do.

Correct. As a mage, I always drop food no matter if it is a m+ or Torghast etc.

That reads like a ridiculous and entitled bratty whine. Thereâs a reason I donât do M+ and this pretty much covers it.
I realize you said it, but it absolutely should be said too that it is a completely unjustifiable reason. Anyone that even harbors a smidgen of offense over providing group utility unless their teammates jumped through hoops to âproperly beg/askâ is not a team player I want with me.
Heck I had a loc die and ask for buffs once they got ressed despite there not being a mage or priestâŠjust my warrior. I still shouted anyway because why the frick not? Heâs not getting any value from my shout but it literally cost me nothing to do and maybe he has an addon or something alerting him he isnât âfully readyâ that me shouting solved.
But this isnât going to go anywhere. Hopefully OP got the justification and moral support they were after.

I still think itâs mainly the healerâs job (if you want to play optimally). Either itâs a high enough key that they are getting 1 shot and thereâs nothing to heal or itâs a low enough key that standing in bad doesnât hurt that much and thereâs not much to heal.
According to the bads in GD you should be forced to stay in that group too.

Mechanics are everyoneâs job. Full stop. This is a mindset far too people have and it carries over on each and every week. EVERYONE is responsible for bursting weeks and EVERYONE is responsible for necrotic and sanguine. Any wipe and even every death you should be asking yourself if there was anything you could have done differently even if you werenât the one dying. Did you notice someone in trouble and did you have a tool available to help? Why didnât you?
Itâs just more optimal for the healer and tank to primarily handle explosives since their individual globals are âworth lessâ in a DPS-centric mindset but there are absolutely times when things are hairy and itâs better for anyone to snipe an orb vs taking a hard stance of ânot my jobâ.

Dudes I asked 4 or more times I was covering explosives etc and doing everytyhing I could. The warlock flat out was near death every pull probably not using health stones themselves. Yeah it is why this community is one of the worse in gaming. Just saying as a healer if I run into selfish do nothing players I will just leave then. What a joke folks try to punish players for leaving as if folks need to suffer while you do nothing.
PS: LOL at the warlock trying to attack my low io number etc I just started mplus this last week so move on wannabe elitist.
