The real issue is that the “exodia” comp is made up of classes that just got reworked and what a lot of people aren’t mentioning is that the reworks are generally improvements to those classes at large in terms of design not just performance. If they nerf those classes to obscurity that those reworks are pointless, and the only way to fix the synergy that caused the exodia comp would be heavy nerfs that would ruin those specs for mid and low level play.
The real solution is long term reworks for many of the underperforming classes so they can be modernized like mages guardian druid, and holydin just were.
Short term PI needs to be looked at and aug evoker should have options to improve sustained damage profiles instead of being extra kitted out to support the best cooldown based caster class of the patch.
