Still waiting for a blue post about this issue, all we can do is keep posting and making sure it stays visible.
I can confirm after seeing some people have luck with the weekly PvP quest giving them their missing spark I was not so lucky and did not get my missing spark from it. Once again this needs way more attention than it is getting because there is something seriously wrong here.
Also didnât get mine. Was told from support itâs a known issue but to pound sand âbugs are expected in a dynamic gameâ.
just did the world soul quest on my monk and did not get a spark, so now Iâm behind on my mage and monk

I have same issue! Ticket was not helpful ugh!
Iâm sure the GM responses are AI given as well. Having the same issue, stuck at 5 fractured. I canât get it through to them.
Also stuck at 5, just keep getting told there is no issue. I have nothing left to try this week. Not even the PVP spark

Keep the posting up friends, lets not be one(OR MORE) sparks behind the entire season. Never hurts to include as much information as you can as well. If nothing else it can help the players figure out what is going on so maybe we can try to avoid the bug in the future if its not being fixed.
I am behind 2 Sparks! After doing every possible weekly including the garbage 3 world quests to unlock ones. I have nothing left to try and I dont even have my first half of the 3rd spark. Ticket was also useless with some generic response saying i can only receive one per weekâŚ
Iâm behind 2 fractured sparks. Havenât gotten a drop in two weeks and Iâve been doing every weekly quest possible. Gone back and forth with GMs 9 times and opened multiple bug reports. Itâs crazy that blizzard hasnât addressed this. I guess Iâm playing this season missing all my crafted items.

Weekend is over friends, time to make some more noise and hope we get a response from Blizzard about this issue. Letâs not go yet ANOTHER WEEK without sparks.
I am also having this issue.
On this character there have been 2 weeks now where I have not received a Fractured Spark of Fortunes.
Currently I am only at 2 full sparks and 0 half sparks whereas everyone else is at a minimum of 3 full sparks.
I have already opened multiple tickets and been essentially advised they canât do anything.
A few things to note:
- I have already completed the one time quest âA Golden Circumstanceâ which awards the free half spark
- I have already completed the one time quest to turn in a half spark for a full spark
- I have completed the Pinnacle Cache weekly quest from Faerin Lothar each week and also numerous other end game content. Pretty much everything that gives a cache, mythic plus, normal/heroic/mythic raid, etcâŚ
- I have also checked my inventory, bank, and warbound bank

My husband is still several weeks behind on sparks. He canât craft things and each week that rolls around (like the upcomming one) will just continue this trend. Every week he will exhaust all possible sources (like so many else) and it wonât drop. His alts will get their spark just fine, this is a bug thatâs not being addressed.
The people who are put in these situations are already so far behind after not getting sparks to drop (for multiple weeks in this case), but when Blizzard shows how little they care and wont even read the GM tickets (for us they are just responding with cookie cutter templates as if we donât even know what a spark is, they are not reading our tickets and itâs embarrasing how bad it is) it starts to make people question whether they want to keep playing that character at all. You are put in a position where you will never craft items again (and that sucks).
Do better, Blizzard. Iâve been around since the very first day and I have never seen such weak customer support (including the lack of response from devs on the thousands of bugs reports they are receiving here). Crafting items is a core mechanic in WoW these days and just sitting back and allowing so many characters to simply not have access to any of it via this bug in beyond unacceptable.

Another great response by Soulsound, you have hit the nail on the head. We are going to need more people reporting and consistently posting to get this fixed so keep it up folks. If you are a spark behind now itâs only going to get worse unless we get it fixed so keep this viable!

The good news is that it doesnât seem to be a permanent cap. I was not capped upon logging in today, and was able to accept and complete the titan quest âArchives: Seeking Historyâ for the first time this season. I FINALLY got a fractured spark that wasnât from a GM.
But I am still two fractured sparks behind. I donât understand how reporting a âbugâ that is fixed now is going to resolve this. I am behind on sparks because of a past bug that has been resolved, and I now need to get caught up by a GM. Theyâre STILL telling me I am confused about this.
Awful service.
