While it’s true that the reasons behind a rule may still hold value, exceptions explicitly undermine its universality. A rule, by definition, must apply consistently without exceptions to be valid in an absolute sense. If exceptions exist, they prove that the rule is not universally applicable. In such cases, what remains is not a rule in the strict sense but a general principle or trend with acknowledged limitations. The existence of exceptions doesn’t necessarily invalidate the reasoning behind the guideline but does change its categorical nature.

If it was m then we’d have the option to remove bras

does diablo even d this?

I don’t think blizz has the cojones to ever do that when they make women into fruit

so, why d u want characters naked in a teen game

Now if only the game wasn’t full of cloth armor that looks like plate or plate armor that looks like cloth…

They were mad about the blowup over the legal situation and took it out on the players by making changes that wouldn’t address the real issues but they knew players would hate.

Any mage in this game is more buff than you’ll ever be.

I don’t mean actually butt naked… I’m talking about how we can mog into our undies

gonna have to agree with OP…they should lift most of the restrictions from xmog…

Lmao, this.

All our toons our jacked

Idk. I’m not going to staunchly defend players being naked. If an armor is transmogrified to not exist, it shouldn’t offer any benefit to the player anymore.

I think it all really boils down to: Does blizz and do the players overall want every class to run around looking like whatever?

I think generally no, while tolerating some crossover.

I’m personally for class identity, which can mean varying things like a warrior without a chest armor or paladin with some cloth/leather pieces. A rogue with some cloth or even a little mail makes sense, but full on plate beyond like bracers seems stupid to me.

I’ll just restate that I’m fine with how it is right now and that a mage running around looking like the juggernaut would be ridiculous.

So like LFD, dark iron, dwarf, human and orc mages wearing heritage armor?

taps mic and clears throat I saaaaid

Yes my preference would be for them to change it. See below.

I think Blizzard would be happier if transmog didn’t exist, and players had to put up with ugly or mismatched gear if they didn’t farm out elite sets. Example: Ion has never transmogged his gear.

That’s why transmog restrictions exist.

The alternative to shutting off certain slots of gear (chest, legs) would be to design more skimpy gear. There exists a piece that hides shoes. They could have gone that route with certain slots and created a variety of skimpy legs and chest.

That sounds absolutely terrible and blasphemous. Xmog is the best addition wow has ever gotten.

Don’t project ion’s weirdness plz
