I was using the hyper-compressed toy to fish in Boralus on the Trollbane server. Out of 65 casts I got only lane snapper and fangtooth fish plus a few pieces of ilevel 108 trash. I am under the impression that the toy should allow you to fish up any fish or item on the fishing loot table. The odds of just only getting the items I did in 65 casts are astronomical
