What are we looking for?
Dedication: We are looking for players interested in playing at 100% in any content they want to do, and are interested in pushing their skill to the limits.
Punctuality: If you’re early you’re on time and if you’re on time you’re late. We aim to pull the boss at raid time, not form the group. We raid 6 hours a week so we need to be as efficient as possible with our time in order to maintain our CE goals, being able to depend on people to show up when required is extremely important.
Preparedness: We want everyone in the right state of mind to raid you are here to pump numbers and kill bosses, if you feel unfit that night let someone know, don’t come and underperform because then we’re just wasting our limited time.
Personal Responsibility: We are interested in people that are willing to accept personal responsibility, whether this means owning up to a mistake they made or when learning new mechanics, we are looking for people not afraid to ask questions if they don’t understand something, no matter how dumb it might seem.
