Hurry up and do something blizz

So why aren’t you organizing people to counter it? Get more players out of the cities and organized into raids. Don’t stick around in one place long enough for someone to organize other groups to join in and take you down. A 40-man raid that is organized and knows what they’re doing can take a 50-man pug. Bring more people. According to wowclassicpopulation.com, the level 55-60 bracket on kromcrush is split 32/68 in favor of Horde. That’s rough, but not insurmountable, especially if you work with multiple raids as your own deathball and strike fast.

So even when we organize raid groups for pvp we dominate for like 20 minutes until of course we are all of a sudden outnumbered like 40-20… Then we move to another zone and the same ends up happening. I can live with it until bg’s come out but it effects the regular players more seriously. I’d say most people that are caught in the mix are just trying to level or farm mats or make it to a dungeon and even when they make a small group they just get crushed.

Then it sounds like those people would be happier on a PvE server, and flagging themselves.

And you gotta think like guerrillas when you’re the underdog. Strike fast, get your objective, and then deass the area with a quickness before the opposition can react. If you keep hitting different zones, then those murderballs spread out, instead of concentrating in one place, and they become easier to handle. People joke about STVietnam, but right now you’re the VC, and the other side is the US Army. Don’t try and go toe to toe with that. Strike and move, hit them where they’re weak, force them to try and defend everywhere, while you pick your targets.

Do you even have an ally on classic or are you just assuming you know what it would be like? You can’t expect a bunch of regular players to act like they all read The Art of War by Sun Tzu and play like they are in an RBG just to survive. The real issue is the servers are so much more populated than they were back in vanilla so the imbalances just show so much harder. The only real fix at this point would just be to offer server transfers to redirect the imbalance.

Don’t bother dude.

This is his motivation. He doesn’t know, he doesn’t care, he’s just here to troll.

Actually, I do have an Alliance alt. Wannabeabelf, on Mankrik. Level 10 Paladin. I’ve been working on my main, so haven’t put too much time into my alts yet.

As for expecting players to act like they’ve read Sun Tzu… well, I would consider reading Sun Tzu good advice for anyone, really. Many of the things he talks about hold just as well in real life as they do in combat. But I don’t expect that of everyone. I do, however, think that the answer to organized murderballs is to organize, strike fast, and run away. You don’t need to hold the mountain for 20 min if you’re getting a couple raids of people to the instances in the mountain. And you hearth back after you’ve finished the raid.

Oh look! I play basically the same game as you but with actual improvements!

I can also handle a rotation beyond arcane shot

yeah next time someone im my guild wants to do BRD i’ll just get 3 of our best guilds to do mc at the same time and all run together just to get into the instance. Great idea

It would also build cooperation between guilds. Sure, it is a lot more work than just flying into Thorium Point and running to the instance one at a time, but still…

Yeah I just feel like you have no real experience here as a level 10 pally who hasn’t experienced what this entire topic is about one either side. That’s just so unrealistic and not going to happen.

This is probably the 8th or 9th post I’ve seen just today regarding people on pvp servers whining about faction inbalance. This existed in vanilla and also in retail until war mode came out. This is nothing new to pvp servers. Many of us who rolled on pve servers knew this and chose to avoid all that nonsense. You chose to roll on a pvp server anyways, despite knowing this would happen. So this isn’t blizzards fault, this is yours. Either choose to roll on a pve server or move on. When bgs come out this will still exist but not probably near as bad. However pvp servers are known for this exact behavior and have been since wow was introduced.

Another pve server noob who has no idea what pvp was like in vanilla or now. Thanks for the uneducated opinion very helpful

Why do a lot of ppl think “bg’s will fix this”?.. when back in vanilla you actually had to ride to the battleground master and que up. AV is in alterac mountain, and wsg in ashenvale/northern barrens. Those zones are now going to be flooded with horde sitting on there 10-12min que farming HK’s on 70/30 pop servers.

I’m aware. Doesn’t mean that Alliance don’t get full control of BRM at times.

One day I had to corpse run at least 20 times to get to BRD. There’s collusion, sure, but they don’t award me a free pass.

Because Classic won’t be using that old system. Battleground master’s can be found in IF and Org.

lol… . . if they don’t use that system, its not classic. That’s how it was.

It’ based off 1.12. You can que in the main cities.

I hope your right Surrender. If not its going to be a massive headache.

My fave is,
‘we can sign up in the cities, cause Blizz listened!’
That’s great, what are you gonna say when the dominant faction knowing you are ALL in the city comes and farms your city.
What then.

Ain’t nobody raiding Darnasus.
