I know I should do more and better but too bad there is no bad luck protection. Could have used an item in 10 other slots. Hard to gear up this way.

Vault offered me a 210 helm.
I have a legendary in that slot.
I mean, you can upgrade the items with Valor, so, not the same level of bad as before.
Unless its a legendary slot
There is though. You do more content to open up more choices. No, it’s definitely not perfect but if you’re going to do the minimum required then you’re gonna have to expect minimal results.
I got a ring (the 210 currently equipped) . It’s got mastery though 
I might need to sim myself.

The secret is to do content that will give you an upgrade, preferably a 100% chance
With your ilvl OP, you should be much higher M+s…probably up to the +7 range
I got offered a ring I have with same ilvl
a cloak I have with less ilvl level
and legs I have of a higher ilvl that suck stat wise
