The top eyes are being cut off by the glow of night elf eyes, and the lower eyes are completely missing. If you look from the side, the lower eye becomes visible, but only on the far side https://i.imgur.com/CQT4dM9.png, and the far upper eye is no longer cut off, but the near side still is.
