The site evaluates PvE only, which shows hunters top or second (albeit like you said, pretty tight between rogues & hunters).
For PvP it isnt assessed based on dmg as much as what people want for meta, theres underlying mechanics that result in people wanting 5+ hunters for a pvp comp
The abuse of EOTB is the problem in world PVP (glitching into buildings scaling walls and cc breaking). An avg hunter can take out most other avg players. Yes the top 10-20% can handle the problem but the masses cant and at the end of the day the top 10% of players don’t pay the bills the bottom 90% do.

Thats because heals arent impacted by the 25% reduction buff to reduce the instant deaths that would happen in wsg 25 bracket with bfd gear.
Heals and pets, interestingly, are the only two things not nerfed in instanced pvp
An average geared 25 should not be getting solo’d by a pet. You can’t design around stupidity.

did you forget warriors exist? warriors are #1. Nobody cares what classes beat which while wearing greens. In BiS, warriors are leading easily.

Warriors are not number one, hunters & rogues are definitely, provably, number 1 PvE dmg currently.

As of December 2023 logs and tuning, hunters are number 1 in the last 4 weeks for all percentiles and the 90th.
As of the last 2 weeks, hunters and rogues are both within 99% of each other for top.

Warlocks are one of the weakest DPS classes in organized PvP right now. Overtuned is an odd way to describe them.
1v1 in Ashenvale, sure…but in the grand scheme of things, they’re actually pretty bad. In WSG we literally ignore them and kill them last.
Provide any link or evidence of tuning based on 99th percentiles only.
