You’re worrying about an item that will be replaced in like two weeks when you run heroics again. Let it go, some people suck.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that that is 100% a caster trinket.
Clearly the hunter needs it for his mend pet set just like warriors needed healing gear for their diamond flask set. 
Shouldn’t doxx people in the forums, thats what server discords are for, personally I wouldnt come at it from a rager getting ninjad but rather more about annoyed that a stupid player is trying to equip a hit/sp trink on a hunter, especially considering hit is so easy to over cap and sp is 100 percent useless.
It’s not about him getting away with it, it’s literally in the forum rules, no witch hunts. This means you’re not allowed to specifically name players. Naming players can result in a ban.
Report them in your server’s discord. Most realm discords have ‘black list’ thread which people can post ninja’s.
He will get away with it because rolling on an item in group loot is not against the rules. Your server discord won’t care either. Time to move on.

While i do not think the hubter should have beeded on it, if he is hurting to get max hit, it likely was an upgrade.
Doesnt mean its a good thing for the hunter to do.
You keep saying epic trinkets like it matters. Which trinkets? They could have been garbage. They could have been pvp. They could have been from tbc. Purple doesn’t automatically mean good or useful.
The only TRUE nature of “ninja looting” that blizzard or anyone would care about is if there were an in game agreement prior to the loot dropping and said player went against that agreement.
All other situations are moot and pointless to argue.
What’s your dream scenario here? You report him and Blizzard answers in 30 minutes and he gets banned forever and ever and all is good in the world?
Your item was taken. Suck it up and move on.
