9.1 should shake things up. The devs have said they don’t want to drastically change things mid patch. If nothing happens in 9.1 then there is no hope for the rest of the expansion, which sucks.
I know it’s not really the point here, but nothing beats SV in burst aoe, and very few come close to it’s sustained AoE. 
Nerf MM and BM by 20%, buff Survival by 20% I agree.
