Hunter is literally in the worst shape on ptr of all classes

this is not such a bad mechanic. the problem is the setup and the payoff. I say it’s not a bad mechanic because i dont want homogenization or a spec where i can just mindlessly hit random buttons and the effect has no difference.

there should be a couple things to set up a big Aimed shot, like Steady Shot applies armor pen to it’s target or a stack of Steady Shot “Bullseye”? Each stack increases Aim Shot damage by 25% up to 4 stacks. Mathematically, this means you could miss some Aimed shots and not lose out on damage if you dont ignore Steady Shots.

and another that allows it to be cast on the move. Something like the new Evoker has now with Hover. Why not give hunter’s Disengage some modifiers like Hover has? 2 charges, lower cooldown, cast on the move. One side of the tree Big Aimed shots, the other side could be run and gun Rapid fire.

How about one side of the tree has Rapid fire and a bunch of instants and mobility, and the other side of the tree have huge Aimed shots with setup, and Steady shots buff your next Aimed Shot, and increase Sniper Shot damage and duration and add it to PVE. Quadruple the duration.
