Hunter Entrapment talent appears to be bugged. It is checking far too frequently if the debuff should be applied. If you get stuck in a frost trap, you are essentially guaranteed to be rooted for the entire duration of the frost trap (1 minute?)
Not a bug. Frost trap pulses every 2 seconds and every pulse can proc the root (25% chance if 5/5).
