I was able to get this done by checking both my WM off and WM on shards. My WM off had the bugged shard (the bonus objective showing to kill the boss but nothing is up). My WM on shard however had the objective up and running and allowed me to form a group to finish it. Hope this helps, you could also keep an eye on the custom group tab and see if anyone else found a working one.

Undying Soulbinder is not showing up either. Dot is on the map, but when you get there, nothing.
Same problem for me as everyone else. Checked it 4 times this week, the event is bugged every time with 1 boss killed and the other boss showing up on the mini map as a yellow dot but missing from the world.
I “completed” the event this morning. One of the bosses wasn’t flagged as killed and I didn’t get the reward. It did complete the Achievement for me though.
to be fair it worked the last time this hunt spawned, its only this spawn that randomly bugged out.
Seems like no action done by Blizzard’s side, not even a word.
Same issue here. Randomly went from full health to “[You have died]” riding on the temp mount on my way to the Perdition Hold to do a daily. Combat log was totally empty and everything. Thankfully a passing priest gave me a res while I was trying to figure out what the hell happened so I didn’t need to run back. This place is a buggy nightmare
Still no word on whether or not we will be able to complete this quest this week?

I have been hoping a blizz rep would have responded to this, but as of this morning, I was able to complete it.
Day #3, still bugged. Elite doesn’t spawn anymore.
I’ll try server hopping.
