NPCs like Sally Whitemane, Thassarian and Jandice Barov have these markings in the game. They have always looked pretty cool and would be a good addition to human characters customization, even if the only ones added are those two types although more markings would be awesome as well.

With all the integration of Caliaâs lightbound undead and other stuff going on in Lordaeron, somethingâs gotta happen there. They were kindaaaaa vindicated about the Forsaken and Sylvanas being as bad as the Scourge. Of all the words said on these forums, none are sadder than the Scarlet Crusade was right again.

Yep, this is known as the cultist skin tone, and it is a skin-tone all human twilight cultist and select NPCs use.
Even updated human models have them. Giving this skin to us most certainly shouldnât be hard.

I would add on, that if âLightforged Humansâ become a thing, it should also be through a similar cosmetic customization here for the tattoos and eyes.

Yes, the crusade has returned this patch with some in-game books surfacing to tease more. However this doesnât need to mean the character belongs to the crusade, it could just mean random RP style for priesting and more.
