“You prep the hamburger like you would, when making a regular meat loaf, THEN you flatten the hamburger mix on to a large piece of cling-wrap stuff. You make it long and about as wide as a loaf pan. I find the size of the average cookie sheet works best. Then you layer stuff onto it, like thin sliced tomatoes, shredded cheese, diced mushrooms, etc., whatever you like. Then you, using the cling-wrap to help, roll it up, like you were making cinnamon rolls, tuck in the ends to keep in the little bits, then gently drop it into a preheated loaf pan, and smother the top with ketchup. Poke holes in the top, to let the steam vent, then bake.”

shredded some chicken, sauted it with black beans, salsa, and the only two peppers that actually survived growing in my garden.
All that on a bed of rice.
