Honestly, this complaint is Blizzard’s fault to begin with. The last 2 expansions had gear raining from the sky like water and people came to expect it. I, for one, LOVE the new systems in place. True progression instead of the illusion of progression. I’m actually very pleased that M+ gear is just below H raid level now as well. Now there is a much clearer path for power progression: H dungeons --> M0 --> M+ -->N Raid --> H Raid --> M Raid.
I’m sure that now I’ll hear that “Casuals deserve top tier gear too, ya know!” and the simple response to that is “No, they don’t.” You should get the gear that equates to the level of content you are actually doing. I’m happy that as of right now Blizz has abandoned the participation trophy gear system for the most part.
I used to get annoyed at parking lots as I thought they were badly designed. Then I realized that they are designed to slow traffic to a crawl.
That is what Blizz is doing. They shortened the leveling proces by a significant amount, then added that time back in by renown, anima and other systems.
And I’m starting to feel there’s too much friction in the game.
week 3? dude the game itself has been out for how many years?
lol… looks to me they haven’t even learnt how to properly make a game decent, they just put systems in teach time and say its done.
Game comes out - every system they implented has FAILED. its not week 3
think how long the game has been out for, they should know how to do things … lol by now but still failing years later.
This is the part I find funny. Someone posts this. I’ve cleared more raid bosses, done more keys/ higher lvl keys and pvp’d more, yet you are still higher ilvl.
Less gear dropping just exacerbates the difference between those who are lucky and those who are not. It was not fun or exciting clearing Mt. Hjyal, Bt or Sunwell for months and never seeing gear.
