About Us
We are a mythic-focused raiding guild of working adults. Our goal is to achieve respectable Mythic progression while maintaining a friendly guild environment.
What We Are Looking For
Players who are good at their class and proactive with mechanics. We prefer people who prioritize the raid team execution over personal parses. We expect players to be able to offer and take constructive criticism and maintain a positive attitude towards raiding. Raiders should do their homework–fights, strats, and mechanics should be known before getting to a new boss.
Progression Goals
We are aiming for 7-9/10 Mythic Sanctum of Domination. We will push for Cutting Edge if we get to Mythic Sylvannas with time to spare.

Loot System
BOEs are yours too keep.
Personal loot is yours to keep, if you choose to put it up for trade, we use RCLootCouncil to handle rolls. Traded loot is distributed as [Main Spec] > [Flex Spec] > [Offspec / Trial] via RC’s auto-rolling system.
Consumables
Raiders are expected to come prepared to raids with their own personal food, battle potions, healing/mana potions, enchants, and gems. Augment runes are optional. The guild will provide vantus runes and cauldrons.
