Can anyone help me confirm if this item drop under current patch?

Well, I don’t know, but looking at Wowhead for Hozen-Fur Fuse, it says added in patch 5.5.0.

and the latest patch notes for MoP Classic say:

@Kaivax

Version 5.5.1 – Landfall

So, I would assume it’s current, but I haven’t looted it to confirm.
