We are going to be a weekend guild, perfect for people with busy work week schedules. We work together to make sure people are up to date on enchants and professions. We will make our way through AQ40 and Naxx when they are released.
Raider Expectations; We require people to be on time for raid and have all raid consumables ready 15mins befor raid start. Raiders also need to learn all the fights through guides and download the appropriate mods if needed. Each raider will need to listen to the instructions given by the raid lead and officers. Good discord etiquette is a must, racial slurs and all that to a minimum.
Loot council Freeroll; We handle loot by freeroll (MS>OS) amongst our raiders and above to ensure that there are no favoritism or abuse of officer powers. However, we have a loot council to protect the system in place from abusers and pre-determined loot such as Thunderfury/Hand of rag etc for its best utilization for raid benefit. The idea is that by being a raider in Disciples of Death, you are treated as fairly as possible and you don’t have to worry about being passed over just because someone is of a higher rank than you.
Raid Schedule: Saturday/Sunday 4:00pm PST to 7:00pm PST. 6 Hours a week.
