How would you make healing more fun?

3s has been dead since wod just because theres a few more bullet holes in the corpse doesnt change anything

Healing has been dead since the games inception in 2005 no one except women and children who are being coerced by their parents/SO to pocket them like to heal or support.

RSS is the only modern way for casuals to even approach wow competitive pvp when theres 50 different layers of gatekeeping and barrier to entry mechanics. You remove that they arnt going to move into 3s they are going to quit the game entirely, 3s is a dead boomer.

I can’t agree with you more. Whaazz said it in a stream in DF S1, (paraphrasing): RSS will kill off wow arena for good due to the low quality gameplay and zero teamplay. People just spam pve rotations and think they are decent. Or, just wait for their spec’s turn in the “merry-go-round” approach to balancing so they can just spam pvedmg. It’s actually insane how bad the dev’s seem to be at balance.

Healing is often time seen as a support role, something most people who play this game are probably very familiar with in their day to day lives. There’s a more psychological answer here at play, for people to consider playing a healer “fun” they would more than likely have to not just change their outlook on support roles, they would have to become more empathetic.

Face it, if you have a boss or team leader who’s telling you what to do 8-10 hours a day. Are you going to find enjoyment getting put in the same position online when you’re trying to relax and be a hero?

there is only one thing that can make anything fun. Pushups.
