all people’s are innocent until found guilty of commting a crime. This is the basic Tennet for Law & Order.
what you are asserting is that a man maybe found guilty for his innocent or otherwise associations with family, Friends,Neighbors and countrymen.
if you are going to say a group of people or anyone for that matter is right or wrong you must be basing that on some moral framework outside the game (or else there is no right and wrong, no guilty and innocent, just actions and reactions) either way i know of no moral framework that doesnt carry that same tennet as described above as a baseline.
