Every time I use it, it lasts for like 2 seconds then disappears. Any tips on how I can use it, that makes it have a long uptime? I see people having it up for 45+ seconds wtf
You might be cancelling it accidentally. Try making a macro with /use !Breath of Sindragosa
This will prevent you from cancelling it accidentally!

Hmm, I don’t think im cancelling early, my runic power just drops to 0 right when i activate it and its gone
Sounds very strange? How much runic power do you start with? What do you do once you’ve activated it?

Get about 75 runic power before you use it(which is usually after 3 obliterates) then use empower rune weapon, pillar of frost, breath of sindragosa, and finally remorsless winter. Then you obliterates to fill up your runic power while using howling blast when it procs. However if you fall below 50 runic power focus on using obliterates so yo don’t lose breath.
Yea the only way that should be happening is if you aren’t spamming obliterate.
You need some decent haste to keep breath running for a while.
I find that even with 20% base haste and other haste procs like blood of the enemy minor, rezans trinket, focusing iris minor, and empowered rune weapon, I haven’t timed it but I could probably keep it going for about 1 minute max in real in game situations. It’s usually shorter though because any time off of target is time you can’t use obliterate. Also I can’t keep breath up and use all my howling blast procs. I have to waste some or else my runic power won’t stay up.
Basically press obliterate over and over and over to try and keep yourself at least 75% runic power. If you’re that high use a howling blast proc. You cannot use death strike, that pretty much ends your breath immediately.
As you get better you can weave in a couple frost scythe and then use obliterate to catch up depending on your haste but frost scythe won’t give you enough runic power to keep breath up.
The thing is you don’t want to just stack haste as high as you can to keep breath going though because your other stats are too important to do that.
Breath really takes practice to use well. Not just keeping it up but you also have to avoid damage better so that you don’t have to death strike.
if its ending so soon are you using Frost or death strike? this eat a lot of sindragosa up time
I’m having the same issue. It seems bugged.
I start with nearly full runic power and either the breath lasts for one tick and stops or it works as it should. It just isn’t consistent. It’s almost as if it’s accidentally being cancelled. If so, what would cancel it? Moving?
Probably pressing the ability twice. Use the macro from my previous post.

Moving does not cancel it. Are you using death strikes or frost strikes with it?
I only follow up with Obliterate or Howling Blast if the proc is up.
