Ok so created my account a few years back in woltk and at the time i was still underage, i stopped playing and came back a while ago. Now when i try to use the in game shop it says that it is disabled because of parental control. So i went on my account and tried to remove it but there is no way, it tells me so manage parental control and asks me to put my email and they will supposedly send me one that will let me log in to the parental control, but i never received the email. Does anyone know what i can do to remove this parental control? thanks
