If you’re an experienced player with pvp gear just into +2s and go from there. Skip LFR, normal+heroic dungeons.
If you’re interested in raiding get into m+ like above but also look for a raiding guild.
After your dungeons anyone who does we’ll try to make friends with them especially if they fill a high demand role like tanking or healing. Which you know about from pvp.
