I am wondering how to make gold? I see people saying they make 100000g to 2500000g weekly but I make about 5000g farming minerals for a few hours. Am I doing something wrong? How can I make gold?
Do you have level 60+ characters and dragonflight? The dragonflying WQs give a ton of gold. The more characters you do them on, the more gold you make.
You can also make close to 250000g a week by paying 20 dollars for a WoW token each week, if you have the money.
i dont know if they are this expac but in shadowlands and BFA you could find groups that kill infinite spawning enemies and then loot the gold and sell trash for hours
I have made 500k this week alone for selling runes! You get them as bonus when there are shortage of you class in LFD!
How, with the heroic weekly i never see the CTA anymore and i have a WA that tracks it
I have done those things but make no where near the amount of gold people say they make. Watched videos and guides but I don’t make the money they say they are lol.

just play the game, mostly. dailies, M+ dungeons, etc. get a looking for sachels addon going and whatnot.
By a token. Sell it on the AH. Gold
the age of those videos is very relevant.
anything which is older than 6 months old, is going to be outdated and pretty much useless.
if you don’t have a character higher than 60, your options are going to be fairly limited.
some ore sells faster and at higher prices than others.
I play on EU so it may vary! But I play normal as tank and healer! Get 1-4 runes each game! Just run thru dungeons and blast down everything!
My tips are to just play and stop spending gold. Do your dailies, do your weeklies. Dragonride. Get runes. Do mog runs for BoEs. Craft mogs from the materials from those runs (super nice with tailors). Sell everything you don’t need, preferrably on AH if there’s any kind of demand. You’d be surprised. Then just stop spending it. You probs don’t need 3 star consumes. You def don’t need that old world arbitrarily expensive mog piece. Or that upgrade you’ll use for 2 days.
Then once you have enough to throw away finally, you play the AH game.

Those people exploited systems early on and that’s how they make that much.
The best way to make money is at the very beginning of the expansion. The first month of the expansion I went from 50k gold to 1.5mil just mining and herb gathering. I did A LOT of farming though. If i do that same amount of farming I can still net 250,000k a month but I like touching grass in the summer.
Buy a WoW Token and sell it on the AH. Takes 20 minutes tops and you get hundreds of thousands of gold versus excruciating long hours to “farm” materials.
I learned this lesson very quickly for I am an Enchanter and Tailor. Those mats rarely if ever drop!
$20 USD nets you some pretty fast gold
blizzard killed gold making , ah bots cancel scanning non stop blizzard ignoring em , then we got the abusers that crash markets to kick people out then reseting said market for them to profit then as soon as a person tries to sell said guy crashes again to make you lose gold and since they are either botting or scripting their tsm theres lil a person that works , studies and plays can do against em , the no lifer gold selling bot wins .
then we got the crafting order system at first it was good , then blizzard decided to allow people to place no mat order killing crafting orders , then we got the i craft free people tip me anything , desperate lil fellas ruined the value of crafts so you barely make gold if any on crafting orders .
Id say just buy tokens or carry people on m + .
