Amen. 
People REALLY REALLY want them to trust them on their word when their word simply means less then dirt. If somebody tells me it’s raining outside and if they tell me, “If you check, you’re a bat person”, i would double check anyways.
And i think atfer the whole SSSniperwolf drama, ANYBODY with a modicum of sense should know people using the word “privacy” while describing their pixels, and not their real life, as well using their debately fake real life experiences (if it’s real, they would know this is nothing), should automatically be written off as trolling or emotionally manipulative.
He did hear what people told him… Well read. Just because people disagree with you, doesn’t mean they don’t understand or seen what you’ve wrote.

So this is why when I used to ask how to do it everyone was very dismissive about it? Because the entire community basically hates it? I’m surprised this thread took off the way it did. I see a very passionate community both fighting for and against it. I pretty much understand what everyone else is saying however.

Even though so often someone will say well I clicked on your profile and noticed you believe this on another thread so your wrong…… people act like your running for congress and this game becomes politics…. It shouldn’t be that way. It shouldn’t be hard to talk about the topic at hand but for alot it is… because that’s what people do when they start losing a argument online

For some people, it makes them more comfortable. Nothing wrong with that. Sure, there are some consequences, judgey people making assumptions about motive, etc. But it’s good for the options to be there for those that want them.
