How to improve Brewmaster, realistically

I know this forum has to be tired of Brewmasters complaining by now, we’ve been at it for a while. We know what most of the problems are, our tree is so full of dead talents its obscene, we lack the utility of other tanks, mystic touch is just generally worse than chaos brand because phys dps is less prevalent. Our comps in M+ are less prevalent and lack useful tools and in raid our niche has become “Lives a bit easier than other tanks” We deserve the same treatment the other monk specs have gotten. To start with, a change to CJL. Both mistweaver and windwalker have had it reworked to be useful, let our brews give it a stacking buff and at max stacks it cleaves and interrupts, or really anything useful. Give SCK an interaction in blackout combo or remove it from our spec and give us something cooler. The changes announced today are nothing but a decent start and if they encapsulate the entirety of blizzards vision for brewmaster I am unimpressed. Everyone tells me the reason mages and death knights get their class fixed is because they come complain on the forums, so I’m going to start. Brewmaster has been “good enough” for too long, we deserve to be “good” for a while.

Don’t worry it’s about to be full of all new dead talents.

As cool as the CJL talents are for MW and WW, I’d rather it not be part of our damage rotation. Just make it free or incredibly low energy cost, give the ability to channel while moving so enemies can be tagged easier and increase the damage a bit, not enough to make it a damage ability but enough to grab slightly more threat. Maybe give it a bonus threat modifier, though these abilities on tanks tend to not actually produce much threat it may help slightly. (4000% of 1 is still 1)

That’s just not true at all lol. Which of the new talents are you referring to, because all of them seem particularly potent for Brewmaster.
