Once you enter new Dalaran you should have a monk (Initiate Da-Nel) run up to you offering the quest Before the Storm.
You can only receive this quest once you finish the Khadgar into stuff, showing you how Dalaran was ported to it's new location.
Once you accept the quest, use Zen Pilgrimage to teleport to the Peak of Serenity and you'll be on your way.
