How to get into group's for M+

This too. Healers and Tanks are rarely declined because there’s so little of them.

Completely pugged all +15s as an enhance shaman of all things last season. No issues getting into +10s so far this season. Stop blaming “not being able to be invited to +10” on “everyone just wants DHs and rogues”. Are there groups that just want those classes? Yes. Is that the majority of groups? No.

good analogy, hard to buy a car with a 495 beacon

a 410 item with void devastation or whatever is considered to be on par with a 465-470 item. i know this because my friends in top raiding guilds like essence, and a few others use them over non corrupted items.

Oh well yeah, with the “new” gear of course.

They either thought you were the real dps spec, or really needed a lust.

Your score got you in.
Your gear and previous score got you in this season for 10s

If there’s an 800 io Enh Shaman and an 800 io Demon Hunter, the Demon Hunter will be picked in 9/10 of cases.

last season you could be 420 with blues and get a 15 done. i know this because i did exactly that.

If that’s what you wanna think. You can’t even make it as unholy it seems :frowning:

yep, being a dk in 2020 is hard when no one knows how to utilize dk tool kit.

Yeah, from doing bothering to ‘put the work in’ the previous season. Something this OP can’t seem to grasp, but would rather make complaint threads on the forums about getting declined.

waste your time to waste your time… sounds like a winning strategy to me

what do you mean put in the work, you got inflated ilvl from farming 3/8 mythic in EP then proceeded to only farm 15’s (which can be done by a 420 ilvl dk in blues, i know this because i did it) only to get sidelined for real spec’s.

Well all you really need is a +8 for 460 loot. A +10 will get you 465 which is only slightly better, and for the best loot you now need to be able to do a +12 or better. For a +8 it is possible to not be IO’d out of your mind and at least you’ll get some 460 in the weekly cache.

If you want the most titan residium though then yeah you definitely want the higher keys. At that point it’s probably best to try to get a high key and get some friends together instead of try to pug it.

I mean I did like all my 15s before I actually killed a singular mythic boss but okay. Keep complaining about not being able to be invited to +10s though

imagine lying to a stranger on the internet. Xd look at ur raider io and then wclogs gg no re played yourself

i grab the first ones i see apply, and if many apply at once the highest ilvl. it becomes obvious within a minute if we’re gonna make the run or if it’s a dud group, and if my key is busted i just push it again. it’s faster than checking raider io website and trying to analyze stuff.

raider IO add on lets you mouse over applicants in LFG tool to see raider IO in game.

i know, but it doesn’t have everything and OP has a point. it’s not going to tell you who’s a good player, and not every player who hasn’t ran a 10 is a bad one. all it tells you is what keys a given player has ran so far, and that’s ALL. anything further is merely extrapolation based on trends and other statistics. you don’t know if you’re getting someone who paid for carries and has all the achievements and a 2k IO score, or if that “scrub” at 383 is a god-tier sleeper on an unlinked alt that understands the mechanics better than the guys who wrote the code and designed it.

so because i cannot predict that, i don’t worry about it at all. if my key is busted, i run it back up again. a successful key takes 20-25 minutes maybe up to 35 depending on the dungeon. some groups take an hour or longer trying to put together the perfect group, when they could have ran two dungeons in that same time frame.
